Being born into a family of leaders doesn’t allow for apathy, but it does prepare you for lifelong creativity and decision making. From the time that Tom was a child helping his family lead summer camps to the time he left college to be a lead singer in a rock-n-roll band, Tom has learned that true success can’t be found, it has to be created.
Returning to college allowed Tom to find a passion for strategy and creativity and spend 25+ years in marketing working with America’s top brands. This work continued to teach him that the safe, well-worn path never leads to exponential rewards, which is why he created Catch Your Limit in 2000: to help pioneers design their own maps to victory.
